L’essence du Fromage® Basque Extraordinaire- This exceptional French cheese is made using pasteurized sheep’s milk. As the cheese ages for five months, it is hand-washed with French Espelette peppers, developing a reddish hue to the rind. The interior is semi-hard and buttery rich. It has flavors of both herbs and fruits with slightly nutty undertones.

Kilchurn Estate® Farmhouse Cheddar- The color of this popular cheese ranges from white to pale yellow with a sharp, bold taste and crumbly texture.  This traditional English cow’s milk cheddar is farmstead cheese, meaning every aspect of the cheese is managed by the estate, from the pasture, to the maturing cellars, and the carefully controlled packaging process.  It is made using pasteurized cow’s milk and aged for eight months.  Kosher.

L’essence du Fromage® Danish Blue- This blue cheese is made using pasteurized cow’s milk and is aged for five to six weeks. The result is a mild, yet tangy blue cheese with speckled veins throughout. Its naturally crumbly texture is excellent for sprinkling over salads.

Fondo di Toscana® Tuscan Sheep’s Cheese- This traditional Tuscan sheep's milk cheese is cured with salt and aged for 60 days in natural grottos on beechwood boards. The result is a clay-like aroma, smooth, even rind with a semi-firm texture, and slightly sharp, but nutty taste that improves with age.

L’essence du Fromage® Camembert– This traditional French camembert is a product of Normandy and Briarde traditions, fused together during the French Revolution and perfected ever since. The result is a truly remarkable soft-ripened pasteurized cow’s milk cheese aged for just two weeks to develop an edible bloomy rind and creamy texture.
