This is Spain’s most desirable cheese, produced in La Mancha, Spain.  Our Manchego Cheese is made only from Manchega Sheep’s milk - a raw milk full of rich flavor.  This semi firm cheese is aged 8 months in natural caves.  It is creamy, slightly piquant and nutty with a distinct thin herringbone design rind.
