Jansal Valley Wild Boar Salami 5.5 oz.
Fully crafted from Texan wild boar that are antibiotic and hormone-free. This classic Italian recipe is made using the finest quality herbs and wine. The earthy flavor profile is attributed to the wild boar’s natural diet. Enjoy sliced thin on sandwiches or serve on your next cheese and charcuterie board creation. Nitrate & Nitrite Free (Except those naturally occurring in Sea Salt, Celery Juice Powder, and Nutmeg.)

Jansal Valley Everything Lavash Bread 5oz.
These thin, crispy crackers are gold-medal winning, featuring sesame seeds, caraway seeds, and poppy seeds. They are hand-crafted using all-natural, simple ingredients and are Non-GMO Project Certified.

Jansal Valley Pure Raw Honey 8oz.
This local honey is gently harvested from nearby hives along the Massachusetts and Rhode Island border. Our raw honey is never heated, pasteurized, or processed in any way. It is packed with natural minerals, vitamins, enzymes and antioxidants. Use it on a cheeseboard for complementary flavor and textural contrast.

Domaine de Provence Pâté with Black Pepper 7oz
This rich country style pâté is made of coarsely ground pork, red wine, garlic and black pepper. Great on a cheeseboard and perfect with a crusty traditional French baguette. Pairs well with Cabernet Sauvignon and Pinot Noir.

Nettle Meadow Kunik 7oz.
Kunik is a triple crème wheel made from goat’s milk and cow cream. It won a Second Place finish at the 2019 U.S. Cheese Championships and a Good Food Award in 2018.  It was the 2010 Triple Crème Blue Ribbon Winner at the American Cheese Society’s annual North American Cheese Contest and a Gold Medal Winner at the 2016 World Cheese Championship and a Gold Medal winner at the New York State Fair in 2016.   It has a white rind and a tangy, buttery flavor. Delicious on its own or with fruit and crackers. A wonderful addition to any cheese plate.

Hook’s Cheese Triple Play Extra Innings 8oz. avg.
A fantastic blend of three types of milk: cow, sheep, and goat. Flavor notes that come through are: Baby Swiss, Havarti and Gouda. ACS and US Championship 3rd place finish in 2015. Hook’s family adds three different starter cultures with the three different milks to help achieve a unique profile that differentiates it from a classic cheddar. Pair with Imperial IPA.

Vermont Farmstead Cheese Company Brickhaus Tilsit 7oz.
As a washed curd cheese, special techniques are used to keep the delicate curds supple until flipping for a final smooth texture of this Danish inspired cheese. A medium firm cheese and distant relative of the Havarti Family, the Tilsit is rich with buttery and fruity notes and a full flavor. This is also a terrific melting cheese.

Von Trapp Farmstead Organic Mt. Alice 1.1 lb. avg.
This is an exceptional USDA Organic farmstead Jersey cow's milk bloomy rind cheese. Sebastian Von Trapp has developed a thin rind, which leads to bright flavors of butter, crème fraiche, and floral lemon when young. When fully ripened, it is elegant and gooey with flavors of woodsy mushroom and brassica. Mt. Alice is named for one of the peaks southeast of the farm.

Jansal Valley New England Cheddar, Aged 1 Year  8oz.
This cheddar is handcrafted with whole unpasteurized Jersey cow's milk. The cheese is aged in natural caves for 12 months to bring out its optimum flavor and sweet undertones. It can be enjoyed with a glass of fruity Cabernet Sauvignon, a barrel-aged Chardonnay, or a strong ale.
